Why FedEx likes us and why we like them.

View of our bedroom this morning

As we have grown the last decade our use of FedEx has gone up a lot. The snapshot above shows our bedroom this morning. It is holding the tubes to ship tomorrow.

Because our volume is so high, FedEx is offering us extra care. They have helped us integrate our database with their online shipping program. They spent an hour on the phone helping explain the paperwork required for International shipping.

That kind of care makes me want to stay with them, but I was convinced even before that. Why? FedEx has never once lost a shipment of ours and only once did an art shipment arrive damaged.  I can't say that about the other shipping services we have tried. And, this may be silly, but I like the look of FedEx packaging.
